Apartment Characteristics

  Housing estate surrounding shall be enclosed by walls, and there shall be security check entry –
      exit access gates. All pedestrian and vehicle entrances – exits shall be through these gates.
  Intercom system between entrance gates, block entrances and apartments shall be implemented.
 Pedestrian and vehicle roads shall be built in the housing estate, and approximately 80% of the site land with no building settlements shall be reserved for recreational areas and landscaped.
 Automatic controlled garden irrigation system shall be implemented for green areas.
4 outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor swimming pool shall be built on locations specified in the layout plan and the model.
Indoor social facilities shall be built inside the housing estate. Indoor swimming pool, stream room,
     and fitness center shall be built in this section and put into service of the members upon installation of the equipment once the residents settle.
Supermarket and similar commercial sections shall be built for the disposal of the residents.
Tennis, basketball and volleyball facilities shall be built. Mini pond and minor water activities shall be available in the recreational areas.
Indoor and outdoor car parks shall be built providing minimum 1 vehicle parking lot for each apartment in the housing estate.
     Indoor car parks shall have direct access to block elevator hallways.
 All common areas shall be powered with uninterrupted generators.
